SZ-PP Vacuum Metalizing Coating
This series of products include SZ-PP, SZ-PP 5#, SZ-PP 7#, SZ-PP 8# and other models, which are specially designed for vacuum coating on PP substrates, and can be directly applied to PP without special surface treatment substrate as base coat. It has the advantages of strong adhesion, good brightness, quick drying at low temperature, high hardness (not easy to scratch), good hand feeling, not easy to colorful and matte. Traditionally, PP substrates require special surface treatment or pre-coating with primer before painting, which is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and wastes materials. Directly use this PP coating can produce a high-quality coating with strong adhesion, so it is favored by users.

Dilution: Users can flexibly control the ratio according to their needs.
Application methods: Curtain coating, spray coating, dip coating
Drying: Dry at 60℃～70℃ for about 2 hours (users can extend the drying time appropriately depending on the thickness of the film). In order to make the coating film dry completely, the air circulation in the oven should be kept.
Thinner: It is recommended to use Shenzhan special PP thinner.
