It is suitable for surface varnishing of vacuum coating products and plastic products. The paint has good matte effect, high hardness, fast drying at low temperature, strong adhesion to aluminum film, good compatibility with various dyes, and is easy to prepare various color paints.
This product is suitable for automatic dip coating production line, which can effectively improve work efficiency and reduce the number of workers.

Application methods: Roll and dip coating.
Drying: It can be dried by itself, or baked at 60°C for 30 minutes (users can extend the drying time appropriately depending on the thickness of the film). If the surrounding air humidity is too high, it should be baked in the oven immediately after painting.
Thinner: During use, poor leveling or oil accumulation may occur due to solvent volatilization. In this case, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of Shenzhan special thinner corresponding to the product model.
Toning: Users can add color essence as needed, and it can be used after mixing thoroughly.
